1. Write a 4,000 word essay
2. Host an event for 750 people
3. Write an 8 page newsletter
4. Give a lecture to a coach full of Ukranians
5. Arrange a meeting with the minister for the Environment
6. Visit the Carling Academy in Bristol
7. Fly to Scotland
8. Eat
9. Sleep
