Fire for Hire?

Can anyone put me in touch with a firebreather/juggler/flinger in the West Mids? I need to find someone to perform at an event launch on the evening of 15th November in Stafford to a civilised crowd of suited people & dignitaries.

We'll pay travel and a performance fee, but we need them to have public liability to £5m (or be prepared to spend the £50 it takes to get it).

Angle grinding isn't suitable as it's outside and we can't trail electricity cables, and I have found someone local on the internets but I'd prefer to get in someone that I know or who comes with a personal recommendation.
