Some things I have learnt recently:
1. There won't be a Lost Vagueness at Glastonbury this year. I've never been, but I know a lot of people who said that this was their favourite bit. Coincidentally, they ran their own festival for the first time last year...
2. Ebay are stopping sellers from leaving negative feedback. They say it's because if a buyer gives a seller negative feedback, the seller will retaliate and leave negative feedback too. OK, so it happens sometimes, but what about bidders who win but don't pay up or who complain about items because they haven't read the description properly? (I've also heard that Ebay are increasing the percentage cut that they take from sales made on the site. I doubt that they need more money to keep the site running. Sounds to me as it they're getting greedy.)
