I want to make Flash animations for work. Someone recommend a programme for me!

It's not for the web, it's for DVD. We don't need games either - just straightforward moving pictures. That package would probably be OK - I might try it when I have more time.

The only real reason to use flash is for the web, as it's a vector-based programme which is good for reduced file sizes. If it's ending up on DVD, filesize doesn't matter. I believe Adobe AfterEffects is the weapon of choice http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/aftereffects/?sdid=BYDIK and Sony Vegas is also worth a look, although that's more video editing - http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/products/vegasfamily.asp
