Thinking about inking

miss_squiddyWas searching through some of my old uni notes a while ago and discovered a rather lovely piece of Art Nouveau which I copied from an old book of fairytales with the intention of having it as a tattoo...
Well, I've been pondering this one for weeks and I just can't decide whether or not it's a good idea... If I were to have it, it would be done in a light colour at the base of my spine. It's a triangular line drawing about 5cm across.
So, my questions are -
1. I already have two small tattoos (so it's too late to save my skin), but would three be naff?
2. Is there any point in getting it done as a temporary tattoo? Has anyone had any good/bad experiences with them?
3. Heard something from someone a while back about UV ink. Does anyone know anywhere which uses it?
