How much do you know about citrus fruit?

So it's been decided. This week's Friday Challenge in our office shall be 'Know your citrus fruits: identification according to texture, taste, colour and peelability'. Whoever wins will be crowned the King (or Queen) of Fruit... Until the potato challenge on the 28th anyway.

Edit: Revised poll - I can't type and Livejournal is stupid and won't work properly!

Incidentally, what definition are we going by for fruit these days? I seem to recall that tomatoes are fruit and bananas are vegetables.

Bananas are fruit, as they contain seeds, though generally they're picked before the seeds mature.

Pineapples are vegetables, as it's the fleshy stem that gets eaten.

What about peppers?

There was a letter about these types of fruits in the Scottish Metro yesterday, and funnily enough, I can't remember the details.
