Attention [livejournal.com profile] griff_wolf, [livejournal.com profile] corniadd and [livejournal.com profile] sorcha! I'm looking for some simple to prepare Roman recipes and I wondered if you would be able to point me in the direction of some - especially things that are cold and child friendly? Just what you need now, isn't it?

Kedgeree,
grapes breads and cheeses,
roast goat,
many things in fish sauce,

Simple view, think mediteranian diet simple meats and cheeses stylee (eaten with the fingers).

most recipes I have generally envolve red wine.

I'll have a dig ( I used to cook the odd roman banquet)

Hi, I arrived here by way of [livejournal.com profile] domuspraetoria.
I think the aliter patina de asparagis (http://www.coquinaria.nl/english/recipes/05.3histrecept.htm#%22the%20other%20patina%22)(omelet with green asparagus) might be a possibility.
