Tuesday: The barman in the Tavi gave us free sandwiches and once Dunk was happy with his choice of shoes, we headed to the Welsh Club. It was downstairs (boo!) but busy (yay!) and despite having a 6.30am start on Wednesday, I decided it would be a good idea to get drunk - which lead to Dunk and I rolling round on the ground on Queen Street and giggling, having been abandoned by everyone else.
Wednesday: 3 hours sleep and a total of 6 hours driving (we went to Derbyshire and back) accompanied by Cathy singing "Oh it's such a perfect day; I'm glad I spent it at Child Protection Training" more times than was actually funny. But it was still funny. The shower is blocked and the floor got flooded, but I was tired so the shower is still blocked and the floor is still flooded.
