Is it enough for me to live my life for example or is this book going to be a huge insight into things I'm not already doing?

You do a lot of them already but it is very sweet, very well presented and very easy to follow. It's also got some good suggestions in it in terms of little things you may not have thought of.

Don't encourage people to buy it from Amazon. Get it direct from their site and they receive a greater share of the margin to put back into projects.
