Look at this. It's a photo of a statue I spotted on County Hall, right next to the London Eye.



Can you see what that is? It's some kind of freakishly proportioned 3 year old doing Will Smith impressions as his mother tries to stove in his head with a party keg.

Now why would you want that on your building? WHY?

maybe if the damn thing was clean you might be able to make out what it actually was. the dirt has obviously created some sort of optical illusion.
