miss_squiddySince I rediscovered my copy of 'Consult Me...', I've been flicking through the pages and learning how to do all sorts of exciting things (including how to pronounce the letter H properly - Eddie Izzard was wrong!).
So I've decided that it's time for a challenge. If you've got a problem and no one else can help, and if I can find the right page, maybe you can Consult Me... For all you want to know!*
*OK, it's going to have to be a question involving things that would have been around in the Victorian era and most entries have something to do with illness, cookery or housework, but I just might be able to tell you how to seat your dinner guests or give you the correct rules for a game of skittles if you're lucky.
