Last night we attended the Alternative Fresher's Ball. There were bands, there were DJs, there were people, there was a cheap bar and a big sofa. I was happy.

Today I am still tired, but have had just enough rest to avoid dropping off on the motorway and almost killing myself, so one up on yesterday.

At work we have run out of milk, biscuits and toilet paper but the heaters are on full blast and no-one wants to go out to the shop to get more. It's a battle of wills.

Oh yeah. And here's a virtual cat swiped from dj_pooka. Cwoot!

i am going to cross the road and get nice soup
