Fear my organisational skills!

miss_squiddyYesterday morning the sum total of my weeks of effort to organise a christmas concert amounted to:
1) a venue
2) one member of the clergy.
This afternoon I have managed to magically produce seating, staging, readers, a team of stewards and first aiders, free christmas trees - and full insurance cover and risk assessments. I've managed to convince the council not to charge us for a public entertainment licence AND I've just managed to book Meriel Andrew to come and sing 'O Mio Babbino Caro'. (How brilliant is that?)
*phew*
Tomorrow I shall be producing publicity material and an order of service and searching for a PA system and some musicians.[1]
